I've had the privilege to visit Walt Disney World more times than I can count on two hands and while I am looked at as some kind of "Disney Pro" amongst a small circle of people, since I found a great community of Disney bloggers I've realized there are a ton of things I've missed both outside the parks and in! I'm constantly cataloging things to remember to do or try on my next visits so today I'm sharing my Walt Disney World bucket list!

In this day and age it seems nothing can be innocent anymore, things that my generation enjoyed as children and teens with seemingly no issue, are now deemed inapporoatie or, the new buzz word "problematic". I've seen articles criticizing the TV shows Saved by the Bell, The Gilmore Girls, and Friends and now I have to hear about how my beloved Disney princesses are also, "problematic".
This party has been a year in the making! Our princess has turned ONE. I first started thinking about it as an event that was a long way off, then I started thinking about it as "okay I need to start really planning" then next thing I knew invites were purchased, decorations were being made and ordered and before I knew it the big weekend was here and I was not (emotionally) ready at all.
I know, I know. I can already feel you rolling your eyes at the title of this post but just hear me out. Having been a dog mom first, I can honestly say there are distinct similarities between having a dog and having a child.
It is no secret that I am a fan of the Kardashians. I enjoy their show (and all of the spin offs) and I really admire how close of a family they seem to be despite their fame, fortune (and drama). Now, I'm no Kris Jenner, if I look one third of as good as she looks over 60 I'll be happy, but one tradition she's instilled in her kids is something I plan on doing with mine. Sharing your "peak and pit" at the end of every family vacation. If I really get it together, this is an exercise I would strive to do each night at dinner as well as a way to open up communication between my children and I.
Baby's first birthday is a huge milestone for both baby and the parents and whether or not you decide to have a big party or a small gathering at home decorating for the occasion can be fun without breaking the bank. Case in point, the High Chair Tutu. This can be created in a multitude of colors and fabrics, but for this example I'm breaking down exactly how I created a High Chair Tutu out of tulle and the there easy steps it took.
