All thoughts and opinions are my own. Review: Bugs Bunny Builders | New Cartoonito Series Marks a First for Bugs & The Gang Bugs Bunny is ready to get looney for a whole new audience! Bugs Bunny Builder is the first preschool series for Bugs for and the gang! Bugs Bunny Builders brings a child's love for building to the forefront while also teaching important lessons about teamwork, showing that everyone's ideas are good and that when you work together you can build something truly impressive! Get ready to have your child shout "it's hard hat time" over and over again! In each story Bugs, Lola, Daffy, Tweety, and Porky discuss their new project and when they've got their ideas together they head down to the garage to load into their vehicles, but not before declaring, It's Hard Hat Time! This repetitive nature is on par with other preschooler shows; the new Sesame Street Mecha Builders, the older Mighty Express and the older still, PAW Patrol. Also familiar is the two, 12 minute (ish) stories inside each 30 minute block making it easy for littles to stay on task and engaged with Bugs Bunny Builders. Bugs Bunny Builders Review | Preschoolers & Parents Can Bond Over Classic CharactersI was excited when I first found out about Bugs Bunny Builders because I remember watching Looney Toons as a kid and now I get to share these classic characters from my childhood with my young children in a way they'll understand! Every episode features Bugs, Lola, Daffy, Tweety and Porky but each episode also includes OTHER classic pals; Foghorn Leghorn, Petunia Pig, and Taz just to name a few make appearances in this new series! Lola really knows her stuff and often times provides words of wisdom and encouragement to her builders team (and plus she drives a really cool construction truck). In one of the episodes I previewed, viewers learn that Petunia Pig works on cars. Again, this is a job that may be viewed as a "boy job" but here's Petunia coming to the rescue of Daffy when she fixes his truck! These little things really mean a lot when it comes to shaping preschoolers' world view and I think it is great that girls can see Lola working hard and getting stuff done! Bugs Bunny Builders | So Much Toy PotentialBugs Bunny Builder really lends itself to being the star of the preschooler toy aisle! Each builder has their own construction vehicle complete with features that really bring out their drivers and then there is the matter of the builders headquarters. That would make a perfect addition to any child's playroom! Also, what child wouldn't want a hard hat with bunny ears sticking out of it? Hello, Halloween costume idea!
