Trunk or Treat Ideas

Halloween is becoming so much more than just going to door to door for tricks or treats ONE night a year. These days there are multiple events for Halloween spread out across the entire month of October (I'm not complaining) some of the more popular events leading up to the 31st is "Trunk or Treat". Where volunteer treat givers park their cars and decorate their trunks as kids go trunk to trunk! Not sure how to decorate your trunk? I've got a few ideas for you.

Trunk or Treat Ideas

The trend of "Trunk or Treat" is a few years old but I think it will certainly take center stage this year more than ever.

Trunk or Treating can help facilitate socially-distanced trick or treating for our kids.

Parking cars multiple spaces away from each other in a local church or school parking lot and placing Halloween treat goody bags of packaged candies out on a table in front of your decorated car will ensure you are 6ft away from any one who trick or treats.

Plus this allows kids (and parents) to still dress up and have some fun this Halloween.

Trunk or Treat Ideas: Haunted Ghost Town

This idea comes from Michelle's Party Plan-It.

Turn your car into a Haunted Ghost Town by using Skeltons, hay bales and wagon wheels.

Be sure to dress up your Skeltons in some Western garb; cowboy hats, bandanas, and boots for good measure.
