Trips to Walt Disney World are planned pretty far in advanced, you never know what life will throw at you between clicking "book" and arriving to your resort. Perhaps you find yourself pregnant on your next trip, what can you do? Turns out, LOTS! I'm breaking down all of the rides, attractions and experiences pregnant women can enjoy in Walt Disney World in this new, 4-part series. First up? Magic Kingdom!
I've been lucky enough to go to Walt Disney World in Florida more times than I can count on two hands, I've gotten out to CA for Disneyland once and Aulani in Hawaii once. However, with a one year old and one on the way, my next Disney trip is far into the future. The plus side to a trip being so far off? I get to save for it! Here are some tips on how to save for your next Disney trip.
I've had the privilege to visit Walt Disney World more times than I can count on two hands and while I am looked at as some kind of "Disney Pro" amongst a small circle of people, since I found a great community of Disney bloggers I've realized there are a ton of things I've missed both outside the parks and in! I'm constantly cataloging things to remember to do or try on my next visits so today I'm sharing my Walt Disney World bucket list!
In this day and age it seems nothing can be innocent anymore, things that my generation enjoyed as children and teens with seemingly no issue, are now deemed inapporoatie or, the new buzz word "problematic". I've seen articles criticizing the TV shows Saved by the Bell, The Gilmore Girls, and Friends and now I have to hear about how my beloved Disney princesses are also, "problematic".
I, like most little girls had a vision of my wedding from early on. I knew I would want to incorporate my favorite color (pink) and my favorite Disney Princess (Sleeping Beauty) but I also feared it looking like someone dumped a bottle of Pepto Bismol all over the place and a child's birthday party. I wanted the pink to not be too overwhelming and the Sleeping Beauty touches subtle.
My husband and I got engaged on Valentine's Day back in 2015. After going over different schedules we decided to set our wedding date for July 16, 2016, leaving us plenty of time to plan our big day. I'll post about our wedding soon but for now I want to focus on our engagement party because as you'll learn our engagement party and wedding shared a themed; Sleeping Beauty. The engagement party would focus on the first half of the tale when Aurora (Briar Rose) was in the woods and then the wedding would feel like a royal affair.
