First Look at 2020 Holiday Toys

Recently I had the honor of *virtually* attending Toy Insider's Holiday of Play! This virtual conference featured a 360, totally immersive and interactive digital showroom with breakout Zoom meetings and live toy demos. I got a glimpse into what the hot toy trends will be for the 2020 holiday season and now I'm recapping 10 of my 10 favorites!

There was so much to see at Toy Insider's Holiday of Play! I am still trying to wrap my. head around all of the fun toys that will be available this holiday season but I've picked 10 to start that will be perfect for toddlers and preschoolers.

Ravel Tales

What child doesn't love a surprise toy? With Ravel Tales kids won't know what new soft friend they have until they unravel the yarn to reveal!

VIP Pets

With VIP Pets your child never knows what kind of hair their pet will have until after they pour some water water on the dissolving towel covering their new pet's head. I also love that the packaging for VIP Pets is a hair spray canister! If you have a little who loves brushing your hair or playing with doll's hair, this will make a great gift for them!

You might not believe this but, PAW Patrol Dino Rescue Patroller is the FIRST motorized vehicle from the PAW Patrol toy line!

Baby Shark Dancing DJ

I was dancing in my seat during this live demo! If you think you've gotten Baby Shark out of your head just wait until you hear the fun remixes from Baby Shark Dancing DJ! When playing the Dance Game kids (and adults) can earn stars for the more they dance!

Holiday of Play: Screen-Free Learning Fun

Tonies

Story time is about to get kicked up a notch thanks to Tonies! This unique box and it's character adapters (they have Disney characters!) tell your child stories. The best part? Once the character is initially loaded, Tonies does not require a WiFi signal to play it back. One of the adapters even allows for kids (and parents) to record their voice singing, reading etc, to be played back whenever they want!
