I am constantly looking for new books to read to my girls. I love that they love reading and having stories read to them but reading the same stories over and over (and over!) again can get a little tiresome for this mama. That's why I'm so happy to have found wonderful author, Kim Ann! She has a few different series of children's books and one of them features the adorable puppy, Goldy.

This book is perfect for toddlers, pre-schoolers and young readers who are just starting out!

Goldy the Puppy Goes to Puppy School features 36 pages of brightly colored, full-page illustrations but is not long-winded to read. Only half of the pages feature text, just two lines a piece.

Part of the fun of this read is the rhyming scheme! The other part, the adorable pup, Goldy.

Illustrator, Nejla Shojaie really brings Goldy to life, you just want to reach out to the page and scratch her fluffy head!

Goldy the Puppy Goes to Puppy School shows Brother and Sister working together to get their pup trained, even if Goldy really just wants to play they still work with her in class to guide her through her first day.

About the Author

Kim Ann was a freelance writer for several years, specializing in feel-good stories about people and families.
