In 2019, Hersheypark unveiled plans for their "tallest, fastest and longest" rollercoaster, Candymonium as part of their 150 million dollar expansion titled "Chocolate Town". Now, after delaying the park's opening due to shutdowns and state restrictions, Hersheypark is ready to open on July 3rd with some of the previously announced updates completed. In the wake of stay at home orders, theme parks have had to close their doors (or keep them closed if they were meant to open soon) and that has left all of their season pass holders confused on what it means for their lost time and money. As closures have been extended many theme parks have announced their plans for their season pass holders and what it means for this shortened 2020 season. Blink Cincinnati returned for a second year the weekend of October 10th and ran through the 13th. Never heard of Blink? According to Blink's official website it is "one of the largest light, art, and projection mapping events in the nation". It spanned more than 30 blocks, included live music and food vendors.
